FR and LG Deoxys help

What would be the best moveset for them? I may use FR more, but atleast I wanna try the LG Deoxys.

Best one, IMO. White Scarf prevents stat reduction from Super Power and Psycho Boost. Pursuit for those who wanna switch to save themselves. He needs no HP or defensive EVs since he'll dai in one attack anyway :-\

People, ask for help at the FRLG board, not here.

LG Deoxys: Cosmic Power, Thunderwave, Night Shade/Seismic Toss, Rest @ Leftovers. EVs in HP, split the rest between its defenses. Nature: Calm. It has the same problem as Dusclops: HP is too low.

FR Deoxys: Use Khold's set.
