Ive been reading stuff like cheats without a gameshark or PAR fot RSE. a couple cheats said that if you complete your pokedex( dont know if they meen see all 200 pokemon or own all 200 pokemon)you can go to the mossdeep space station and a scientist will say the rocket is ready to blast off. then it says you can fight and capture Jirachi. so if any one of you has a complete pokedex can you check if this code works? :)

It's utter pants. The rocket will not blast off, and the only way to get Jirachi is via a nintendo event or gameshark. Sorry to disappoint you.

I want to complete the emerald pokedex to get the johto starters (is this correct? i read it in Nintendo Official Magazine so i think it is) but i can't be bothered to evolve feebass, i've been on 199 for about 2 years on R/S and transferred them all to emerald.
