Can you specify wich version? I belive there was some event...Well, I forgot. Work on the Aqua.Magma story and you should be able to open it.

Mirage Tower isn't necessary to beat the game, but you can find some items there plus
something else (I don't want to spoil it for you).:susp:

If you're referring to Mirage Island, I believe it is home to a special berry, as well as a plethora of Wynaut.

Did you awaken the Legendaries if you did they will start fighting in sotopolis.You will go to cave of origin and speak with the ex-gym leader.Then you will go to sky pillar and awaken Rayquaza.If you are playing emerald that's all you need to do.

You can't do anything about it.

You must awaken kygore and groudon. For groudon you must dive in the sea near sotopolis.And find it's cave there you will awaken it then.(don't forget to trace them to their hideout first).For Kygore go to mount chimney and go down.then your magma emblem will open the door to kygore's dungeon.
