Alright so I just beat Winona and I have the following pokemon:

Swampert - Level 37
Gardevoir - Level 32
Breloom - Level 32
Manectric - Level 32

Is that doing well for that point in the game?

that is an ok party, but there are some flaws. by the point your at in the game, you should probably have a full 6 pokemon in your party. also, you should have a flying pokemon, as very soon your going to need to teach it fly. if you have other pokemon in your pc or something, i would suggest picking your best flying and another and start training them to competitive levels. otherwise, your going to run into problems when you are ready for the whole deal with the aqua or magma hideout, whichever team youve been against in ruby. otherwise, your doing pretty good.

btw: i know im new, but i just thought id give this rating thing a shot.

And Swampert is gonna learn Muddy Water in 2 levels

Well right now I'm trying to get a balanced team for the Elite 4. Breloom can take on Sidney (dark), Glacia (ice) and maybe Steven (steel) with the help of Swampert's EQ. Swampert can also use EQ against Pheobe (ghost), and Gardevoir and Manectric could help. If I teach Gardevoir Ice Punch then it can take Drake.

I don't like magy.But I don't like manectric either.Magy could be better I believe.

Manectric has high spc attck that's it's advantage but low defence.Magneton has good spc attack and high defence.

I just beat the Mossdeep gym leaders and my pokemon are now:

Swampert Lvl. 44
Gardevoir Lvl. 38
Breloom Lvl. 38
Manectric Lvl. 40


I think I'm doing bad, because the Mossdeep leaders' pokemon were at level 42, and only one of my pokemon is above that. I beat them anyway, but still...

I usually just rush through the game with a Slaking so I can get my favorite TM's all over again for my team on the Colosseum!

Hehe just caught Groudon on my first try. Swampert out first, used Water Gun, then Muddy Water x2, so now he's in red health. Then he fainted, brought out Manectric. Groudon Slashed him and he fainted but Manectric's Static ability paralyzed him. Brought out Gardevoir, meanwhile reviving and healing Swampert. Brought out Swampert. Used a couple Ultra Balls and caught him.

In total I used 9 Ultra Balls. Man I wasted so much money, I bought 30.
