Well, You should just run the "Run a server" command in the start menu folder. If not, then...

also, firewalls and Routers require you to rout to port 30000 for 9.2 to run a server, I think.

Pretty much, you'll need to talk to Masamune XGP for him to help you fix your firewall stuff. And at this moment, your predicament is on the bottom of the totem pole of Masa's importance. And no offense, but your server wouldn't get a lot of people. I'd just wait until 9.3's release to start a server, since it should be coming around soon. And I'd also suggest you learn some scripting, because otherwise, your server will just be, well, another unused server.
