Okay... in the safari zones, there are these white poles you can ride your bike across. I don't know how to get past the corner parts though... help!

You must learn to use the Acro Bike.
Try holding B+A and the direction you want to move. Its a bit hard at first, but really easy when you get the hang of it!^_^

press b+up at the same time, and you'll jump upwards. or b+down, to jump downwards (on those white poles)

You know that you can do it sideways by doin left+b and right+b.
