I know there are a lot of Online Pokedexes out there, but since I have all the data in an online database, I figured I'd make one. I think you'll either love it or hate it.
I also put out a D/P IV Calculator, in case anyone might need one. It follows the same format as my other one, so you should be able to get exact IVs near level 20, as well.
Finally, I added a Compare Pokemon page. You can compare from 2 to 4 Pokemon's general information, stats, and moves all at the same time.
