well to catch an latias you have to had said after you beat the elite four if your mother askes what color the announcer on the tv said the pokemon was..if you said red you get latias if blue you said latios...just hope you said red and walk around for a while and it will appear before you...when it does throw a master ball or just knock life little by little and use a effect like paralysis or sleep for maximum efficency to capture it

You must get an Eevee from FireRed or LeafGreen and trade it to Emerald, and then make it happy (give it vitamins, walk around with it, don't let it faint etc.). To check it's happiness go to a woman in Verdanturf town. If she says either "It adores you, it can't possible love you any more. I even feel happy seeing it." or "It seems to be very happy, it obviously likes you a whole lot." then your Eevee can be evolved to Espeon by getting it up one level between 12noon and 12midnight.

(As you already made a thread for Latias help, try to keep everything related to Latias in there. There's no point having two threads for the same thing ^^)
