You get by putting Link Toghether With All in the survey at the pokemart.

You go to one of the Nintendo Events and go to the pokemon center talk to the man in the green at and he gives you the Auroa ticket giving you acces to Island 8 and 9.

Whoops i forgot this is Ruby not Fire Red. You put Mystery Event is Exciting but you go to one of the pokemon centers and theres a guy near the PC and he'll ask about your profile. Put in Mystery Event is Exciting and the Mystery Event is activated. The How you use it i forget.

You get a Wireless adapter or somthing, I remember you can get Jirachi with that.
