Normally, being the yankee that I am, I like the American names. But this time (and this is for you, The) these Pokemon suck, and so do their English names. At least I can't understand the Japanese names, so I don't know if they're good or bad.

Vespiquen's name comes from Vespa, the genus of wasps/hornets, and Queen, obviously without an 'e'.

Well thanks a bunch! That makes more sense than a pirate with a bottle of rum.

I like the Japanese names better, but I don't hate them as much as my cousin. He is learning to remember just the japanese names so he doesn't rememer the English ones.

Grammer your make not sense...

I think the Japanese names are ok, but some aren't very fluid, and so I much prefer English names.

Ok, Hikozaru is a sweet name, but Chimchar is cute, and has a cute name...

And I do like Donkarasu more than Honchkrow, but I'm sure it'll grow on me...

Depends on which names, for example I prefer Starly over Mukkuru, and Bunyatto over Purugly.

I looked on Serebii before the English names were released so I was able to pronounce the Japanese names easily.

Now I just don't like the English names... I'll get used to it.
