I saw a lv. 50 Latias as my first pokemon in Crater! Since I didn't know that I had a Master Ball, i battled it and got beaten up badly!

According to Crater mods, you can only see Legendary Pokemon if you have beaten the Elite 4, you might have seen a glitch Pokemon. You can post about that in the Crater forums to see if the Mods can fix the glitch.

you have to beat every single gym(that means kanto,jhoto,hoenn,and sinnoh)and beat all the elite 4's(kanto/jhoto,hoenn,and sinnoh)

there is how you do it.
oh and the legendaries appear randomly on maps.

Impossible. They currently are all level 70-85, unless this was some time ago.

impossible. I have played crater for a while and u find legendaries after you beat all the gyms/elite four. Check my account, burningblade121 mine. Got Lv.100 Dusknoir :).

Hmm not so sure... but anyway last night i caught 4 legendaries in a row!

They were groudon, rayquaza, deoxys and regigas and today i caught a mewtwo!

I now have loads of ledgendaries!!
