Okay, usally, I always start my Double Battles out with my Staraptor and Porygon-z, but I want to know, if the're moveset should change. I'd thought they go well together because Starptor is my Physical Sweeper while Porygon-Z is my Special Seeper

Staraptor@Sky Plate
Modest Nature(+Sp.Att, -Attack)
-Aerial Ace
-Fly
-U-Turn/Aglity/Close Combat
-Brave Bird

Porygon-Z@None
Sassy Nature(+Sp.Def, -Speed)
-Discharge
-Psybeam/Signal Beam
-Tri Attack
-Magic Coat

I'm open for suggestions!

A couple things, BladeTest:
- Sorry about the bad luck with Staraptor's nature
- You want to keep Close Combat on Staraptor to beat up the Rock/Steels
- Put in Return over one of Staraptor's Flying moves (Fly)

- You should use Thunderbolt instead of Discharge on Pory, Discharge hits Staraptor super-effectively
- I'd go with Ice Beam over Magic Coat, and Psychic over Psybeam/Signal Beam

Hope that helps!

I know don't like his nature. I wanted an Impish, but I don't feel like starting from a Starly and raise up so many levels. But I'll survive with his nature. I forgot Discharghe hits everyone. I was never really happy with Porygon-Z's movepoolat first, but I will replac Discharge, since Tri Attack I like to use.

Discharge would still work if you use Fly on the same turn and Staraptor is faster than Porygon-Z.

Ah, yes, but Fly does have a low Accuracy. Nice thought, though.

Really because his accuracy say's 95. That dosen't seem low to me.

Yeah-Well-But. . .Ok you win. *Pouts* I, personally, wouldn't keep Fly in competitive battling.

Lol.Discharge and Fly are usally only used when the're alone or such.

Eh, whatever then. Go with what ever. As long as it's mine.

As people stated before, Fly has 95 accuracy, which isn't too bad...

But still, how can you miss Fly on the first turn?

-----
Staraptor flew up high!

Staraptor missed!
-----

I don't see how a Pokémon can miss flying into the air. O.o

Eh. Altitude kicked in. xD

But so yeah, on topic, what ever works out for you. If you fry your bird and have wings and stew that night, it's on your head.

I kept a Staraptor on my team for so long, I felt horrible giving him up but his spec. defense just isn't worth it...and there aren't many amazing flying types in the 4th-gen pokemon, but Ive found that Togekiss works wonders. unfortunately, hes more a special sweeper, so porygon-Z would have to be replaced too...so you either have to make do with your team or rearrange a few pokemon

I don't think my team needs to be rearrganged anymore. My Froslass is low level enough compared to everyone else on my team!
