MUST BE MANUALLY TRAINED! (Not rare candied all the way to level 100, although that's stupid anyway since it makes your stats really low)

I have 74 level 100 pokemon for R/B/Y:

Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Squirtle, Wartotle, Blastoise, Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeot, Raticate, Fearow, Arbok, Pikachu (with surf!), Raichu, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Golbat, Vileplume, Golduck, Arcanine, Poliwrath, Alakazam, Machamp, Tentacruel, Golem, Rapidash, Dodrio, Dewgong, Muk, Cloyster, Gastly, Gengar, Onix, Kingler, Voltorb, Electrode, Exeggutor, Marowak, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Weezing, Chansey, Tangela, Kangaskan, Seadra, Seaking, Starmie, Scyther, Electabuz, Tauros, Gyarados, Lapras, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Porygon, Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, Aerodactyl, Snorlax, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Dragonite, Mewtwo, Mew

As you can see, I have started many new games, while keeping the pokemon from previous games by saving them onto a Stadium Box.

I used the missingno trick to give all of them maximum stat boosters, maximum PP, and best attacks possible (but NEVER rare candies!).

I used the Mew glitch to catch an awesome Mew.

I'm leveling up more Pokemon as I speak. I can do this relatively quickly with triple speed through Pokemon Stadium.

You keep unevolved Pokemon? That's a little strange. But anyway, I can't count the number I have on Red, since I have no idea where the cartridge is (Same goes for Yellow, Silver and Crystal). On Ruby, I have an Absol and Rayquaza, but am currently training a second Absol and a Zangoose (Both Lv70). I'd raise them much quicker if I weren't filling up my Pokedex currently.

Other than my new Silver file, all my pokes are manually trained and stuff with no cheating what so ever. Silver’s got all 251 sharked plus some extras. None of them have illegal sets or anything. I just have like no time to train them all nowadays.

On Gold I have about 14. Some of them are Uber though...

On Ruby, I have 6. I have a few in the 70's I never pulled up all the way since I got a bit tired of it.

Gad, it's so easy to get so sick of fighting the Elite Four again times a million.

On Red and Blue you can use Pokemon Stadium and go 3 times faster that helps a LOT! Thats how i got all mine took next to no time at all.

A friend gave me a lvl.100 Mew, but that of course wasn't trained by me. The best I have is a lvl.94 Octillery (why) and a lvl.89 Snorlax. But I have quite a lot pkmn in the 70s and 80s.

Sadly, none. My strongest poke'mon is either my level 78 Lugia or my level 71 Tyranitar. But my friend has 2 level 100 Typhlosions. :sad:
