Moveset ideas for possible Hail Team

as some of you have seen on my diamond status... i have a Hail team. however, im going to use Froslass, Glaceon, and Mamoswine in the Battle Tower. this is where the question comes in.

i need help with natures, ev spreads, and movesets for froslass and mamoswine.

i need ev spread (i know to max out sp. atk), and one more move for my moveset for my modest glaceon.

moveset for glaceon (modest):
Hail
Shadow Ball
Ice Beam
??? (thinking about wish or substitute)

EDIT: i also need natures/ev spreads/movesets for Glalie, Abomasnow, and Walrein. im joining a league here and i need them as well. however, they will not be in the battle tower team, but in this league im joining (i applied to be in the ice gym).

Consider Mamoswine over Abomasnow. It's more durable, and higher attack.
I'll have a full review tomorrow, I need to do an essay.

Use Abomasnow, Mamoswine, and Glaceon.

Abomasnow's Hail effect supports the rest of your team.

Abomasnow isn't that bad. Just keep it the hell away from Fire! Here's some basic movesets that may be elaborated on! These are based on Kenny's choices, because they're what I would of chose also:

Abomasnow
Adamant Nature
Leftovers Held
EVs: 156 HP, 252 Atk, 100 Def
- Ice Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Leech Seed
- Ingrain

Leech Seed and Ingrain with Leftovers might be too much recovery, but with his defences only being average, it can't hurt. Ice Punch and Seed Bomb both get STAB and are strong to begin with.

Mamoswine
Adamant Nature
Choice Band Held
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Body Slam

Ice Shard lays Dragon/Flying, Dragon/Ground, and Torterra to waste with 4x STABbed CBed Ice Shard that always hits first. EQ gets STAB, Body Slam can Paralyze, and Stone Edge hits Ice and other Flyers hard.

Glaceon
Calm Nature
Leftovers Held
EVs: 252 HP, 156 Sp. Atk, 100 Sp. Def
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Not many options, but great stats. Ice Beam gets STAB, Shadow Ball kills Psychic and Ghost. Sleep Talker set is possible because of great defences and an excellent Sp. Atk stat to hit with.

thank u for responding! i like the way my glaceon is being modest and i have a good idea how im going to use glaceon (252 sp. atk, 252 spd., 4 HP; modest), but ill use the hold idea u said i should use. ill use wht u said about mamoswine, and ill think about abomasnow. any idea on the other 3? need help wit them too.

~ Ice Beam

Use the filler to suit the needs of your team. The EVs are a little :oops:, but I've never used him.

Frolass @ Focus Sash
Trait: Snow Cloak
252 Sp. Atk/ 106 Speed/ rest in HP
~ Destiny Bond/ Thunder Wave
~ Shadow Ball/ Dream Eater
~ Ice Beam
~ Sing

Destiny Bond, Ice Beam, Sing, and Dream Eater go in one set, T-Wave, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt in the other. Focus Sash means that you're likely to take something down with you with Destiny Bond, but I dunno.
I suppose I seem a bit suicidal with 2 kill yourself moves...

You don't need Hail if you have Abomasnow.

I must say Pichufan..That's a pretty good line up! :happy: But Abomasnow is the best for using hail anyway as mentioned above somewhere..Snow Warning! It'll save you one move slot on one of your pokemon. :happy:

Lol! Well since you and I are somewhat using the same (minus out Walrein), I'm may have some suggestions for Froslass. Now it's just from my own experience of using her..but I find Confuse Ray a plus for me. :happy: And may I suggest a Hasty nature. :happy: Again some may disagree with me, but it does work for me in my double battles.

Oh and don't forget! If for some reason you don't like the EV spread and want to do it all over again. You could always use those berries and EV your pokemon all over again. Just use the "box" method. :happy: Anyway here's the EV reducing berries if you don't know which ones they are..

Pomeg: Lowers HP by 10 EV
Kelpsy: Lowers Atk by 10 EV
Qualot: Lowers Def by 10 EV
Hondew: Lowers Sp. Atk by 10 EV
Grepa: Lowers Sp. Def by 10 EV
Tomato: Lowers Speed by 10 EV

i have begun to ev train my forslass and this is wht i have

252 sp. atk, 128 spd., and i plan to do 128. HP

that will make the total 508. however, my forslass will only be at level 25 when im done EV training, is that okay?
