Here you can post all about wierd glitches that happened. IE:MissingNO (Ya never know...), pokemon that break out of master balls    , wild Mew    , stuff like that. Think of this as a sticky thread, since I can't figure out how to make it one.

You can't make sticky threads. Only Mod's, Admins, and G-Mod's can.
I don't think they're are any really special glitches in R/S/E. You can't get Mew in R/S/E, MissingNO isn't there, and the Master Ball cannot fail. Just to let you know. (and if MissingNO was in a game someone hacked it)
As for a glitch, i've never had one other than when my Raichu used T-Bolt, and the sound was still there after the battle was over.

Some unfortunate people buy hacked games with MissingNO and mew. I've heardv reports about a shiny Ho-oH under tin tower breaking out of M-ball. The Ho-oH was purple! Look, what I'm trying to get to is [banges the keyboard buttons] glitches are things that might be in games and screw up your game. SOMETIMES, THEY'RE JUST THERE FROM LAZY BUM NINTENDO WORKERS [grows fifty times normal height and make you shrink to the size of a bug] WHO DON'T BOTHER TAKING OUT BUGS THAT ARE LEFT BEHIND!!!!!!! [Shrinks down to normal size again] Sorry, but just thinking about what Missing** did to my game puts me in a rage. Anyways, they're just there sometimes.
EDIT: About the T-bolt thing, that happens sometimes . I read about it in an article somewhere.

Um, that post was practically spam. :ermm:
I've never ennocountered MissingNO in any game, and I didn't know that Ho-Oh's can be purple, or break out of a Master Ball. :eh:
And Ho-oh's probably can't.
Anyway, there are no lazy bum nintendo workers making these games without taking glitches out because they're too lazy. that's just absurd.
To stay more on-topic: I never encountered any glitches.

Ho-oh cannot be purple. It's not programmed into the game.

Ah, well, here's one non-damaging glitch I found, which just shows that the map designers didn't check everything twice... Check the tile directly right of the character. Notice it's the wrong tile?

what the heck are you talking about One of the tiles is jacked up. On the tree.
And you can get Mew in Emerald, but we're talking about R/S.

Now I see.
And you said R/S/E I'm assuming the E means Emerald.

Yes, one of the tiles is wrong, and that goes for all RS cartridges (Japanese, American, European, etc).
Also, I skimmed this thread before, so I missed a lecture oppertunity:
Nintendo does not have anything to do with the creation of the Pokemon games, just as Sony has no hand in the creation of the Final Fantasy games. Nintendo merely licences and distributes the Pokemon games, which are created by GameFreak, just as Final Fantasy is created by Square Soft/Enix.
Do not blame Nintendo for mistakes that GameFreak have made, yet you must also remember not to blame them for glitches such as those in RB and RS, as RB were the first games by GameFreak, and RS were the first Pokemon games coded for the GBA (Which is much more complex than the old GB games. GameFreak did an awesome job with the games programming).
Well, got that lecture out of my system... :P

nope I know this isn't the case because I fought the Elite four multiple times and the first time I use the attack in each battle it lowers by two, but only against her...
Then I had to use one of those items to increase the usage by 1 so I could use it 5 times against her. I did this because with Hydro Pump will always one hit KO her ghosts with my Kyrouge at least...

It could have been that Dusclops, it has Pressure, it lowers 2 instead of 1. Don't worry. ;)

Ah, Pressure, one of my favourite abilities; wear down your opponent so it can't use its most powerful moves. Unfortunately, the Pokemon I use that has that ability is a sweeper, while a better combo would be defense (ie. LG Deoxys). Anyway, not much of a glitch, but neither was mine, really.

It was total crap for the creators of Pokemon to have the legendary birds with pressure. That was sorta dumb.

my Kyrouge
I'm sorry but I'm jest a bit confused here, is that the name of your poke, or are you talking about "Kyogre"? (I know its a stupid question  ). With my game so far I haven't really seen/heard anything strange (not even the T-bolt thing), Nothing comes or goes and I hope it stays that way cause I'm NOT the type of person to go chase after stuff ppl say :susp:  (I'll leave that up to you guys  ).

Some people today... Anyways, it might be late but...
DL, Pressure is a very realistic ability for the Legendary Birds; Zapdos is Electric, thus would emit an electromagnetic field if it existed in real life; Moltres would create a heat-wave around its body; Articuno would change the temperature of the air to sub-zero levels; What do they have in common? They'd put stress on a body, or in other words, "pressure". Zapdos' field would likely hurt, Moltres' field would obviously deprive your body of water, and Articuno's field is self explainatory (ie. Why don't people go to the North Pole in their underwear?).
This is only a theory... And to support it... PP is like stamina; when a Pokemon in-game runs out of PP, it's the same as a Pokemon running out of energy in-anime (Without fainting, of course). Any Pokemon can struggle, despite the fact it has no energy. With the change in atmospheric conditions (Due to the legendary birds) the attacks a Pokemon uses would require twice as much energy to use (2 PP). Again, theory, but it's a reason. What I really don't get is Absols Pressure though... It wouldn't fit the theory.

Maybe Absol is like the monsters in Sailor Moon, who suck life energy out of its victims with its dark power?

Contrary to popular belief, Absol does NOT create disasters, he STOPS them, with the force of his Pressure ability he'll calm fires make lightning return to the clouds and stop the earth from shaking :devious: (sorry, I know you thought that was stupid  ).

I guess his dark Aura. Making other pokemon uncomfortable and hesitant to attack.

The legendary dogs of g/S/C also have the pressure ability and I dont see how they could have an aura.

Well, maybe...
Entei: Its fire causes the air to heat up, rising skywards while cooler air comes back down, essentially surrounding Entei with a windy shield? Otherwise, maybe his fiery mane is actually hot, and thus causes tremendous heat to surround it, making attacks harder to do on it...
Raikou: Maybe it causes the air particles to charge up and gravitate?
Suicune: Uh... Cuz it has god like defenses and thus takes extra hits to do the same damage? :X
