Everytime i open something on MS paint, it has a black background! How do you fix that?

How is it working? Is it all Black? Or just the Art Board?

Fill the background with white, then Ctrl + A to select the whole image, then copy and paste it into a new Paint window. Make sure the Transparent option is on. You'll have to do that for every image you paste, if that's happening. :/

Also, when some pics are saved in bitmap, they are black in the background ;] so it may appear white, but that's because it's PNG. or JPEG. ;]

If memory serves, just right-click something white. and the background should be white.
