metal counter esp. skarmory...setup stealthrock and iron defense...then kill...use lock-on/zap cannon if the next pokemon is ground...i don't know about this one though...my other moveset is...

- iron defense (+Def)
- discharge (for non-ground)
- earthpower (filler...something to hit ground...screwed if gliscor shows up)
