I came across a cave, after I beat the E4 called the Altering Cave. It's near the river on route 103. I'm just curious of what it's for. When I went inside nothing was there, only three rooms, and alot of low leveled Zubat.

"Pattern Bush is a part of Green Path. It's a sort of forest with a ton of wild Pokemon and trainers. You want to go to the southwest corner of Pattern Bush to get out. After you do, surf north. You'll be going through a group of islands called Outcast Island, and soon you'll reach a cave with a Rocket member standing outside. This is the Altering Cave, and the only Pokemon inside are Zubat. However, the Pokemon changes if you use Mystery Gift. There isn't much to do here except for catching the Pokemon in the cave. Now either fly back or walk back to Six Island."

If you don't mind me asking, what version is this Altering Cave found in and can you perhaps post some sort of proof that it exists???

Fire Red and Leaf Green, and it is a real place. =\ Nothing special about it, at least until you mystery gift. You can get pokemon like Houndour and Mareep, and thats the only way.

battlemaster, try not to bring back old threads like two weeks old. Such as this one. :susp:
I forgot to say thanks to all that answered my question and please don't post again in this thread unless you have something very important to say.
