On gimp how do you move the picture?

It won't let me move it and it just uses a paintbrush on it. Don't post on here if you are just gonna say get photoshop.

Anyway, see the arrows pointing up, down, left and right, but DOESN'T have a green box around them in the toolbar? There's your mover thingy. :D

Okay i'm saying, it won't let me save it. I've tried saving it to desktop, my documents and my pictures but none of them are working. What do i do?

Um, either paste it onto paint (like I said) or when saving, save as gif. :] I usually paste it onto paint.
