I never use NPCs. Like, I LITERALLY,
never use NPCs. At all. So this really doesn't apply to me much. o 3o' Most of my recently-gained RPing skill comes from an RPing forum based around one plot, where there is no need for NPC's and they're not used. At all. :x I'm always wary about them, anyway.
