I live in EST too. I can get on:

Salamence should be available within a week. Scizor will be purchasable soon afterwards. I can change the EVs. Also I bred for the 31 by catching a lot of Ditto and checking their IVs until I got good IV Ditto. I'll take your WCS Milotic or Eigakan Darkrai or ALAMOS Darkrai for my two pokes.
