3- Please don't bug me about your requests.
4- I will ask for workers when I get too many requests, but only then.

You don't need forms, just please don't just say 'Use -pokemon- to make a sprite' unless you REALLY want it to be something random. (Random requests may take longer, like if I'm trying to decide what to make it or testing it with new styles.))
