One question first, is Dragonair the strongest Pokemon you posses, or do you have stronger ones?

Well, I'll just take a guess here that you have probably beaten the Elite 4 once right. If you have then the second time around they are probably stronger so nevermind. I was going to tell you to train him there because that is how I got my Dragonite to Level 100 in one day.

I say spend a whole day training one of your pokemon in the Elite 4, and by the end of the day, it will most likely be at Level 100 or around the 90's.

Good! Do that for maybe......I don't know... five hours, if yiou have the time, and your Dragonair should be around the 80's or 90's if you really hustle.

Excactly! Think about it, uou have a party of Six Pokemon. You wanna raise them all to Level 100. So for one week each day, train only one pokemon per day, and at the end of the week, your party pokemon will all be Level 100!
