Macho Brace-
Any know at what level various pokemon "max out" using the Macho Brace? I have Jirachi. He started at Level 5 with the Macho Brace, is level 46 and still doesn't have the Effort Ribbon.
Can anyone help? P.S. Sorry if the is in the wrong forum.

Most pokemon you can max out their stats between Lv.25-30. Other pokemon like Legendaries might take from Lv. 40-50. Hope this helps
