Wars come and go annually, and as that happens, many people mature and advance in their skills on the forum. During that time, people befriend others, watching as they submit the best of their works to the best of their ability. Friendly competitions arise and everlasting duels occur, but in the end, we all share the same experience. Fun.

And as the WAR season comes to a close and the Team RP reaches its most intense points, the valiant members forever contain those fond memories and keep them at heart. It seems as if all is over for the year, but indeed, we've forgotten one thing. Who would've thought that this event was on the level of rarity, the graceful, oh so humorous WAR of Parody. The words are poetic and stick on you like a sticky hand, but with all our might we'll do whatever we can. The Parody WAR is here and yes you all know it, here we are, clap your hands, we are The Humor Poets!

We will strive to do our best and make many smile, and there is surely nothing in the world better than that. We are about humor, and a teeny bit of seriousness, but don't let that attack you. This team will thrive and stick out to the Pe2k community for some time to come. Our actions are poetic, and with that, our main goal is to leave an impression on others. Thank you, all.

Rules of Poetry

• The Golden Rule -- Treat others the way you want to be treated. Please respect this rule; it will benefit you.
• Follow the standard Pe2k rules. This is necessary.
• Use correct grammar and punctuation; keep the thread clean and use appropriate vocabulary.
• Poetry is an art and so is humor. We're Humor Poets, so let's respect the arts and do our best to achieve greatness.
• Last, but definitely not least, enjoy yourself. Have fun, and remember, always go for the gold. Nothing is impossible.

Alright, Poets. Sorry for deleting the previous team thread, but it was necessary. It was full of one-liners and two-liners, that in reality, didn't make sense. We're a team, and we're supposed to talk about things team related, WAR related, or randomness just for fun. Still though, with our poetic talents, we have to make sense.

So in all, let's try to keep this thread cleaner and more understandable than the last. Currently we still need four more members, so we must spread the word about the Poets in order to meet ceiling requirements. So, let's get to work.

I had Seawolf delete the previous thread due to a whole lot of spam. It was getting out of control with one and two-liners. So, I started it over. I'm trying to keep this as a team thread, and not a discussion thread. Of course we can discuss stuff, but is has to be relevant and reasonable. Not just useless spam.

Let's try to keep the Poetry house clean.
