Who is your lead, machamp of aerodactyl? The lead should always be at the top of your RMTs. I'll give a full rate after.

Thankyee, it just got slightly confusing with machamp being in your top slot then talking about aero as a lead :P
Anyway...

Fair Enough

Machamp @ Choice Scarf
No guard/Guts / Jolly
12 hp / 252 atk /244 spe
Payback
Ice Punch
Close Combat/Dynamic Punch
Thunder Punch
Desc: Just sweeps. Good ol’ mid/ late game sweeper.
All of your moves have next to maximum accuracy, so what's the point of No Guard? Either switch to the vastly superior Dynamic Punch or use guts as your ability

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Keen Eye/ Impish
252 hp/ 62 atk/ 176 def/ 16 spe
Brave Bird
Roost
Stealth rock
Whirlwind
Desc: Def wall. It is set up like a spiker though. Drops the rock and lays down the hammer.
Brave Bird please, Skarm has no fear of recoil and can roost it off anyway. Otherwise fine, although I'd recommend shoving the attack EVs into defence if you keep drill peck, as the calcs smogon list are using BB.

Smeargle @ Salac Berry
Own Tempo/ Jolly
244 hp/ 12 def/ 252 spe
Substitute
Belly Drum
Spore
Baton Pass
Desc: Comes in to a slow poke and spores him, drops sub, belly drum, salac activates, baton pass to Machamp.

I'd recommend scrapping this. The only poke to benefit from it is machamp, and since he's choiced he'll probablyend up switching anyway. Since belly passing is a one-time thing it basically renders him redundant.

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Liquid Ooze/ Calm
252 hp/ 120 def/ 136 SpDef
Surf
Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Knock off
Desc: Special D wall. Gets rid of rocks, sets up spikes, and knocks off items. Nice

Use the restTalk variant if this is to be your special wall, since without recovery this thing lacks the staying power desired in a wall. You know your way over to the smogon page.

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Volt Absorb/ Timid
4 def/ 252 spa/ 252 spe
Thunderbolt
Hp grass
Shadow ball
Baton passer
Desc: Switch into the lightning attacks meant for Aerodactyl, Tentacruel, and Skarmory. It fakes out the opponent making them think Thunderbolt is a good idea. Hp grass for swampert, it’s biggest counter. Pretty pwn.

Yepyep
Changes in bold. Not too much to be changed, although I think this team could really do with another agressive member. Aero dies in the first few turns as part of its job description, and if you lose either of your sweepers you're going to have trouble assaulting the other side of the spectrum. A +6 machamp will have no trouble tearing through most things, but if it does come up against something that stands a chance of surviving and PHazing (Eg Steelix) then you won't stand a chance of setting back up again. A mixed sweeper would be far more beneficial in smeargle's place, perhaps a Salamence running Outrage/Draco/EQ/FireBlast? It would just help to tie up the loose ends should you lose one of your sweepers. Not a bad team overall though.
